Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, Pakistan Modular Operating Rooms & 2 Digitally Integrated ORs
Leadership experience contributing to the planning, design, engineering coordination,
procurement, medical technology integration, installation, and commissioning of
advanced Operating Room environments within an 800-bed specialized healthcare
facility.
The project included approximately 16,700 sq. ft. of surgical infrastructure incorporating
modular construction systems, laminar airflow, dedicated air-handling units, isolated
power systems, antistatic flooring, Surgeon Control Panels, advanced surgical
technologies, anesthesia systems, equipment management solutions, and Digital OR
Integration.
The project required extensive coordination between healthcare stakeholders,
consultants, contractors, engineering teams, and international medical technology
manufacturers.
Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology & National Institute of Heart Diseases Rawalpindi, Pakistan Hybrid Modular Operating Room
Leadership experience contributing to the design, technical coordination, installation,
and implementation of an advanced Hybrid Operating Room integrating surgical
infrastructure with cardiothoracic angiography technology.
The environment was developed to support interventional cardiology, interventional
radiology, image-guided procedures, and complex surgical applications.
The project demonstrates experience coordinating advanced medical imaging
technologies with specialized Operating Room infrastructure and multidisciplinary
clinical requirements.
Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation Karachi, Pakistan Kidney Transplant ORs & Robotic Surgery ORs
Leadership and technical experience contributing to the design and installation of
specialized Modular Operating Rooms developed to support advanced kidney
transplantation and robotic surgery programs.
The project incorporated technologies from multiple international medical technology
manufacturers, including advanced surgical lighting systems, operating tables, and
ceiling-mounted surgical and anesthesia pendants.
The project demonstrates experience coordinating international technologies and

Digitally Integrated Operating Rooms
Experience contributing to advanced 2D and 3D Operating Room planning, medical

collaboration, and medical education.

Experience contributing to the design and implementation of approximately 8,500 sq. ft.
of advanced surgical infrastructure.
The project incorporated modular surgical environments, laminar airflow systems,
dedicated air-handling units, isolated power supplies, operating lights, operating tables,
surgical and anesthesia pendants, and advanced medical technologies.
Audio/video integration connected the Operating Rooms with conferencing facilities to
support medical education and clinical collaboration.
Jinnah Hospital – Neurosurgical Suite Lahore, Pakistan Advanced Modular ORs & Digital Integration
Experience contributing to the development of specialized neurosurgical Operating
Rooms incorporating advanced surgical infrastructure, intraoperative imaging

The Operating Rooms were integrated with conferencing facilities to support specialist
