RITE-ADAPT™ is Rite Medical's proprietary range of engineered metal components and mounting mechanisms developed for the RITE-SPACE™ modular clinical environment platform.
Designed to address the challenges of conventional prefabricated modular wall construction, RITE-ADAPT™ enables standardized wall panels to integrate with specially engineered corner and transition components, accommodating dimensional variations encountered during on-site installation.
By combining adaptable architectural profiles with concealed mechanical mounting technology, RITE-ADAPT™ supports installation flexibility, clean architectural transitions and coordinated modular construction.
Engineered Corner Solutions
Inner Curved Corner Profile
The RITE-ADAPT™ Inner Corner Profile creates a smooth, concave transition between adjoining modular wall panels.
Its engineered metal construction incorporates concealed fixing teeth designed to engage directly with factory-slotted vertical substructure members.
The curved configuration provides a continuous architectural finish while maintaining compatibility with the modular wall system.
Outer Curved Corner Profile
The RITE-ADAPT™ Outer Corner Profile provides a smooth, convex transition at external wall intersections.
Using the same concealed tooth-to-slot mounting principle, the outer corner component integrates with the adjoining modular panels and vertical support structure.
Together, the inner and outer corner profiles provide a coordinated architectural solution for modular clinical environments.
Concealed Mechanical Mounting Technology
RITE-ADAPT™ incorporates engineered fixing teeth positioned along the vertical edges of its corner components.
These angled teeth engage with corresponding factory-formed slots in the galvanized-steel substructure, allowing the corner component to be positioned and secured through a controlled sliding engagement.
The mounting arrangement is designed to provide a concealed connection while maintaining a clean, uninterrupted finished surface.
